Temperate Legacy Group (TLG) was founded by Daniel Hoyng and has been an exclusive Senior Life Insurance Agency since 2017. We have helped close to a thousand agents join the Senior Life Family.
In the Summer of 2019, our agency received an award for being the second Largest Agency at Senior Life in Annual Production. Our agency is based on a mentorship program and we develop managers, who will help train and support our Agents. Our management is filled with managers with decades of experience, in the final expense industry; Scott Fluegel, Gary Needelman, Hector Marquez and many others are building amazing teams with us here at TLG and Senior Life.
We are 100% behind the Senior Life selling system, and use the “the 90 Day Good to Great Quick Start Program” to assist all of agents in the early stages of their career. We can help good agents become great, and bad agents become good. If you wish to become a high volume producer or develop your own Agency and build a team, we have a turn key failure proof system if you choose to follow it.
